Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest suits or sports coats for men, ties optional, and jumpsuits or short/midi-length dresses for women. Fun colors and floral prints are encouraged.

Question

What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

Smart casual with comfortable shoes to walk in.

Question

I’ve never been to a Jewish wedding. What should I expect?

Question

Any wedding ceremony/reception logistic details I need to know?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at the venue early and walk around the botanical gardens prior to the start of the ceremony. Shuttles will be available from the Yours Truly Hotel. Guests not staying at the hotel are still welcome to take the shuttle.

Question

What are the welcome party logistics?

Answer

We will have a welcome cocktail hour for all guests following the rehearsal dinner. After sharing in drinks, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and a few short speeches, everyone is invited to walk down to the Lincoln Memorial as a group to see the monuments at night. The welcome party starts 6:00 p.m., and we will begin walking to the Lincoln Memorial at 8:00 p.m. for guests who'd like to join.
