What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. We recommend you arrive by 3:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception ?

Answer

Kimpton Canary Hotel offers a discounted valet parking fee for wedding guest. There is also a parking structure directly behind the hotel on 1025 Chapala Street.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do have a room block with The Kimpton Canary hotel under our event name if you wish to stay there. There are also many other hotel options in the surrounding downtown area. Please reach out to us if you have any specific questions regarding where to stay.

Where is everything taking place?

Answer

Ceremony, reception dinner and party will all be taking place outside on the rooftop of the hotel. We suggest checking the weather beforehand so you can dress accordingly! In case of rain, wedding will be held in the downstairs ballroom.

After the ceremony, there will be an open bar during the cocktail hour. During the after party, there will be a cash bar available for our guest to purchase beverages.
