Is the wedding outdoor?

Answer

Yes, our wedding will be held outdoors! We will have a tent and flooring in place, but as Florida weather can be unpredictable, we recommend bringing a sweater and/or a change of shoes to stay comfortable. There will also be grassy areas, so please keep that in mind when choosing your footwear. Thank you!

Are Kids Welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only weekend so that everyone can relax and enjoy the weekend. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and we look forward to celebrating you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to capacities at our venue. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Is there anything I should know about entering the neighborhood for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is taking place in a gated, guarded neighborhood. The security team at the guard gate will have our names on file, so just let them know you’re attending Whalen residence wedding and they’ll grant you access. Please allow a few extra minutes for entry, just in case there’s a line at the gate!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be held outdoors under a tent and is a formal affair. Ladies are welcome to wear either long or short elegant dresses, and gentlemen should wear suits. We want everyone to feel comfortable and fabulous for the celebration!
