Mi Tierra Restaurant

This is one of our favorite restaurants! It features many traditional Ecuadorian dishes cooked the old-fashioned way. I highly recommend stopping into this restaurant before you leave to experience the Ecuadorian cuisine. This place does have weird hours so have a backup or call in to see if they are open ahead of time.

la Pata Gorda

This is an awesome spot for seafood!! It also has an interesting cocktail menu.

EL FARO DEL CERRO

Lighthouse with a great view of the city. There are plenty of shops and bars along the steps up. Its 500 steps up a mountain, so wear some comfy shoes!

Artisanal Market of Guayaquil

This is a great Artesian Market full of handmade crafts and souvenirs from Ecuador. From Panama Hats to belts and clothing, you can find a gift for yourself and for loved ones back home.
