We request that you please RSVP by April 1, 2025 so we can provide an accurate head count to our venue and caterers.
In place of traditional gifts we are asking for donations to our honeymoon!
Yes! Dress code will be semi formal (cocktail attire). For men we recommend a suit and tie or khakis and a nice button up, for the ladies a nice dress or similar appropriate attire. Please be mindful to not wear any white or light pastel colors, and please do not wear any jeans or t-shirts!
While we wish we could accommodate everyone to have a plus one, our venue does have a cap on seating. If we can give you a plus one it will be indicated on your envelope and will say "and guest" or "and family"
There is plenty of parking directly in front of the golf course!
To RSVP please click on the RSVP tab and input the names listed on your envelope. If your envelope says "and guest" please type the guests first and last name.
Our beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing black satin dresses!
The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30 pm, please arrive no later than 4:20 to allow you time to find your seat and meet your new family!
Ceremony seating will be open to allow our guests to mingle and get to know one another! The reception will have assigned seating that you can find during cocktail hour!
Unfortunately due to our venue it is cash bar only, but your first drink will be on the new Mr. and Mrs.!
We have reserved a section of room blocks at the Embassy suites, located only 3 miles away from the venue. A standard king room is $159 a night as well as the standard double room. You can make a reservation through the hotel under Hostetler Bowling wedding!
