FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to Krystal at 269-816-3690 or krystalbetten@gmail.com Reaching out to others will result in a delay in answer as they will most likely have to text Krystal to get the answer (unfortunately Josh forgets half the details decided on (lol) :D
Question

Where can I RSVP?

Answer

Under the RSVP tab. simply enter a name into the search bar (first name, last name, or both) and it will bring up names with that included.

Question

What precautions are you taking with COVID-19?

Answer

We will be doing our best to social distance, sanitizing the areas beforehand, and will be figuring out a way to have hand sanitizer on site. We are following all precautions that the venue puts forth. The venue is following the executive orders. Masks will be required when entering and exiting the church and may be removed when you take your seat. We understand if you do not feel comfortable coming.

Question

Are you requiring masks?

Answer

Masks will be required when entering and exiting the church and may be taken off when seated. For the reception, we want to comply with the state executive orders (even if we hate them). So while eating, drinking and dancing you will not be required to wear a mask, but otherwise you will be asked to wear one.

Question

What should I do if I’m not feeling well the week of the wedding?

Answer

If your not feeling well starting the week before, the week of, or even the day of the wedding, please STAY HOME. While your presence will be missed we would much rather keep everyone healthy and safe so just update your rsvp or text 269-816-3690 that you’re not feeling well and won’t be attending

Question

Will there be an option to watch online if we don’t feel comfortable being there due to COVID?

Answer

We are currently working on the logistics for this.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer for it to be just you. This is especially due to restrictions on guest count put forth during COVID-19, if everyone wants to bring guests then we have to cut people from the guest list to comply with regulations which we do not want to (and will not) do. (If it is a fiancée/fiancé please reach out to Krystal)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, dress comfortably but classy, think Easter and Christmas best.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know in your RSVP and we will do our best to accomodate this. Please stick to actual food allergies and not just preferences.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we really want our wedding to be your night off! If your child was included on your invite then they are also welcome to come, just let us know if they're coming!

Question

What's going to happen if the Army sends Josh to training or deploys him?

Answer

We will post pone the wedding for when he comes back. We will let you know as soon as possible if this happens so that you can make the appropriate plans.

For all the days along the way
