Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. How ever the deadline is April 24th 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide our venues and vendors a total guest count in a timely manner, w hope you can understand.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan on arriving to Shaw Nature Reserve no later than 2:30pm to allow for time to check in at the main office, drive to the ceremony location and find parking. Signs will be set up around the reserve to help guide guests.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that the only named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask you kindly put your phone and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take a many photos and videos as you like.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress Code: Semi-formal/Cocktail We’d love to see our family and friends embrace the bright, cheerful spirit of spring! Feel free to wear vibrant colors, and florals are absolutely welcome to celebrate the season. No jeans or white attire please!

Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Answer
Yes! When looking at footwear please keep in mind the soft grass and gravel. If inclement weather is expected, the ceremony venue has large covered pavilions which can be used.
