The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Camelot Ranch 4:00 p.m. sharp. We ask guest to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Our ceremony will be outdoors (Weather Permitting) and we will dance the night away inside! Free parking will be provided for all guests.
We kindly encourage guests to wear dressed-up attire while keeping comfort in mind. Please choose something polished and appropriate for the occasion, yet comfortable enough to enjoy the evening with ease. Our hope is that everyone feels confident, comfortable, and ready to celebrate with us. Please reserve the color white for the bride!
Yes! We have taken the time to accommodate you, your guest and the families invited. We do ask that you account for your plus one and/or children when submitting your RSVP so we are able to get a head count for our big day!
Absolutely! Please make sure your kids are seated with you during the ceremony and accounted for during the reception.
J Bar K will be hosting a cash bar (ATM on-site) with a variety of beer, wine and spirits! Outside drinks are prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
We kindly ask all RSVP's are submitted no later than March 1, 2026 . If we do not receive an RSVP by the date listed above we will sadly have to mark you as a "No". We need to provide our venue and caterers with a total guest count in a timely manner to avoid any hiccups in the planning process!
