Yes, based on availability. Call the hotel to extend beyond the block dates. What’s the cancellation policy? Individuals have 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to cancel their stay without penalty. Any cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax to the individual’s personal credit card or the Organization’s guaranteed payment. Check-in & Check-Out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. For any guest checking in before 4 pm or checking out after 11:00 AM, additional charges will be incurred. The Front Desk Attendant can arrange to check baggage for guests arriving early and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.
