Choose the Events Rate + Free Transfer option if you would like to use the complimentary hotel provided airport transfer. 4. Click "Add" 5. Enter the Promo Code BVWDEC21FPM in the Comments section when checking out. 6. If you have your flight information, you can also enter it in when checking out. If not, you can leave it blank. 7. Complete your booking, and that´s it!

Promo Code Information

- Promo Code rates are valid to book until September 28, 2021. Any modifications to the reservations after September 28, 2021 will be subject to the applicable rate at the moment of booking/change. - The Promo Code rates apply for you to stay between 11/28/2021 and 12/8/2021. Any dates booked outside of that range will not be eligible for the Promo Code. - Promo Code rates are valid for booking rooms only. It cannot be used with the flight + hotel package. If you wish to book with this option directly from the website, let us know and we will ask to have your reservation added to our group. A rate chart is provided below. The Excellence Club is ADULT ONLY. Please note that the prices are per person in USD and include all food, beverage, taxes, and gratuities during your stay. All reservations are subject to availability, so while you probably don't need to book immediately, we suggest booking sooner than later! Note: payment is not made until 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Most major airlines have direct flights into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please keep in mind that you do need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Cancun International Airport is just 25 minutes away from the Finest Playa Mujeres Resort. Please see the Airport Transfer Service Note for free round-trip transportation.

Airport Transfer Service

When booking your room be sure to select the Events Rate + Free Transfer option! All suite-only reservations that have a minimum of 3 nights made directly through the website will receive free round-trip ground transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. This service is provided by Seasons Tours. Please email transfers@seasonstours.com with your flight information and hotel reservation number to program your transfer. Please keep in mind the resort is extremely busy scheduling rides every day, so it is likely you will not hear back confirming your transfer until 24-48 hrs before arrival. If this makes you nervous, please feel free to pick a transfer company of your choosing! We have heard great things about USA Transfers and Kalido.

Resort Occupancy Rules

Please be advised that if you aren't staying on the resort property they will charge $100 per person for a day pass. This is also subject to the "resort occupancy rules". The resort only offers so many guest passes per day and should the resort be at maximum occupancy, you will not be allowed on site for the wedding.
