How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP?
Answer
We are only accepting RSVP via mailed response cards. Please be sure to mail yours by August 28, 2019, or we will have to assume you aren't able to make any of the wedding events.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE CEREMONY AND/ OR RECEPTION.

Please let Sandy or Ray know as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend an event so the chef and venue coordinator can update their plans.

Can I bring a date?

Yes! At this time we are now able to accommodate plus ones for all single guests. Just let us know!

What should I wear?
Answer

Where should I park?
Answer
There is street parking surrounding The Chapel at Vegas Weddings. Street parking is free on Saturdays. There is a gated parking lot located next to the Franklin Room with space for 50 vehicles.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. The chapel asks that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to ensure a timely start, as they have multiple ceremonies to perform each day. The venue will be open to guests at 5:00 pm. All guests are encouraged to arrive early for photos with the bride and groom. Bar service will begin at 5:30 pm. Dinner will start at 6:00 pm.

Can I take photographs or videos?
Answer
During the ceremony, photography and video, even on cell phones, is not allowed. Vegas Weddings does not allow guests or outside photographers to photograph or video in the lobby, venue, or around the grounds (including cell phone footage), due to their agreement and professional copyright arrangements with photographers. Photography and video is allowed at the reception. Our photographers asks that no flash be used when they are capturing photos, as it may ruin our professional photos.

Will there be food and drinks served?

On Saturday, November 9, 2019 we are hosting a wedding reception. Those who respond YES to "Reception in St. Louis" on the response card will have access to a full open bar, as well as a buffet meal, and dessert.

Please notify us as soon as possible about any needs you have so we can do our best to accommodate you.

I'd like to write a check as a gift. To whom do I make it out?
Answer
It would be easiest if checks were made out to either "Raymond Bednara" or "Sandra Koertge" individually.
