What saftey protocols are in place at Cabo Azul?
Answer
The Resort is open at 30% capacity, making for an intimate experience. ARRIVAL-Self parking will be available. All guests will get temperature check. Station of Shoes disinfection. Luggage disinfection upon arrival. Only the main Guest will do the Registration Process. Welcome Kit including sanitizer packets.. Elevator will be limited to 2 guests. The bellman will escort the Guest and deliver the luggage to the room, however, will not enter to the room to place the luggage and/or groceries ROOMS -Daily cleaning will remain upon request. Daily Turndown service will remain upon request. Delivery of extra linens and amenities will be delivered at the room door only, Team Members will not enter the room. THE COFFEE SHOP – THE MARKET - BOUTIQUE -RESTAURANTS According to the alert system, there will be a limited capacity. Indicators will be placed keeping the social distance protocols in shops. Beverage Menu service available around the pool. The swim up bar will remain closed.

What if the CDC order is still in place for travelers into the United States.

"Guests will be informed at Check in about the procedure to take the Antigen Covid Test. A card with a QR code will be available in each room to allow the Guest to pre-register on the online app. Then our Front Desk Covid Ambassador will contact each Guest who had registered to set a time for the test. All Covid Test will be taken in rooms just behind the concierge desk and close to the lobby. The result will be send by email and a printed copy will be delivered by the Front desk Team at checkout. The test brand is SD Biosensor and all Test will be done by our In house Doctor with his Team. The price per person to take the test is: U$S 40.00. I’ll let you know if something change from this procedure and we can review again as the date get closer.."
