Your room must be booked by Thursday September 16th, 2021 to utilize the special Hayes/Basore wedding block rate. Other notes: There is an early departure fee of $50 if you check out prior to your chosen checkout date and they follow the standard hotel cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to arrival. We are obligated to inform our guests that this hotel is smoke free. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to any guests who break this policy.
