Is there a dress code?

Answer

To complement the occasion, we ask that guests arrive in semi formal wear. Men in a suit; or slacks and a nice shirt will do just fine too. Short sleeve or long sleeve—dress for your comfort. Women in dresses or long pants & a nice top. Summer colors and floral patterns are encouraged!

Is there on site parking?

Yes—Up to 150 vehicles.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the venue back to the hotel and is first come, first serve. The first bus will leave the venue at 10 pm and fits 56 passengers. The second bus will leave the venue at 11 pm and fits the bridal party and their dates + 27 more passengers. If you plan to use the shuttle bus, you can leave your car overnight. Cars can be picked up between 10 am and 11 am on Sunday.

As much as we love to watch the children run and play, this will be an adults only kind of day.

Yes! We’ll be serving beer and liquor throughout the night.

Due to our venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

We’ve reserved hotel blocks at three hotels, which can be found under “travel”. Use discount code “CHWBET” if booking at Homewood Suites.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors weather allowing. The reception will be indoors/outdoors.
