We first met at Appalachian State University, brought together by one of Caleb’s best friends who was visiting town. Life eventually led us in different directions, but through the distance we grew as individuals, learning what we each truly wanted in life. In time, we found our way back to one another, and now we are so excited to begin the next chapter of our lives together as husband and wife.

Caleb proposed on October 18, 2025 at the top of a hike on the Colorado Trail. We had the ring made with stones from both of our families, along with ones we chose together, to represent our past, present, and future and to honor our family history and those who have come before us. We are grateful to keep our loved ones close during such a meaningful milestone, carrying their love forward as we begin our marriage together.

As we look toward the future, we are excited to continue building a life rooted in love, growth, and adventure.
