Chad & Bethany met on Tinder. Bethany just rejoined and decided to expand her age range by a few years. If it wasn’t for that they would have never met. As a general rule Bethany swiped left on anyone who didn’t include a description in their profile as it was a sign of not caring or laziness, and guess what… Chad recently deleted his. But each photo in Chad’s profile revealed something endearing about himself and she wanted to learn more about his story so she still swiped right. Chad saw a woman with some interesting photos, one of which was Bethany holding a surfboard. In her description she introduced herself as a retired surfer and this intrigued Chad. Well… come to find out that is the only time she had ever surfed and she thought it was probably the last, as she preferred drinking a beer on the beach. They met at the Malt House where they talked and talked and talked and were delighted to find out that they had so much in common and that it was also really strange that they had never ever met seeing that their circle of friends overlapped so much. During their conversations Chad kept bringing up that his favorite dessert in town was at Weary Traveler. They checked the time and realized over three hours had passed. As they decided to leave the Malt House Bethany suggested they should go try that dessert. After lots of conversation, a few good beers, sharing a delicious dessert, and Chad grabbing her knee many times (which he apologized about, like a gentleman) they decided to call it a night. They put Chad’s bike in her trunk and she drove him home where they shared that magical first kiss that would change everything. Things moved quickly. I guess when you find true love you give it life. After many dates, cooking for each other, and a weekend road trip, they decided to combine their lives in love. Thanks to anyone that can share this day with us. We appreciate you being in our lives and hope we can have you over for a bonfire night, dinner, and beer.
