Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 23, 2026. This deadline allows us enough time to finalize important details, including seating arrangements, catering, and other plans to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for everyone. If we don’t hear from you by this date, we’ll follow up to confirm your attendance. If we don't hear from you after following up, we will assume you are unable to attend, and your presence will be sadly missed!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:00 PM to find your seat and enjoy the pre-ceremony music. The ceremony will have its own separate RSVP, if you are not able to RSVP to the ceremony we apologize for the lack of space. We do wish we could fit everyone to witness our vows, but we hope you can still celebrate with us at the reception! For those individuals please feel free to arrive anytime after the start of cocktail hour to enjoy refreshments, find your table, and socialize!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our attire is "Garden Formal" - (fancy wording for semi-formal, but wear shoes safe for grass as our ceremony is outdoors) Think polished but breathable: floral prints, pastel colors, flowy fabrics, midi/maxi dresses, or light-colored suits. Your presence however is what matters most, so wear what makes you feel comfortable, beautiful, and yourself! If you're worried about your outfit choice, feel free to send the bride a message!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Invitations are addressed by name, and any children or guests included will be specifically listed on your invitation as "& guest" or "Family". We hope you understand that we wish to share this day with those who mean the most to us. If your partner is not included on your invitation, we kindly ask that you join us in mingling with the wonderful guests in attendance. We will do our best to arrange seating by those you would be more familiar with for more comfortable conversation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We love kids and can’t wait to celebrate with them. Your child should be included on your invite and need to be included in your RSVP. We hope to have some kind of small activity table available, and plan to host most families with small children in the lower level for a more "family friendly" atmosphere away from the bar. We kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their little ones throughout the day. Music also is guaranteed to include some less appropriate selections. If you think supervising them will take away from your enjoyment, we completely understand if you choose to leave them with a sitter.

Question

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. We’ll have paper parasols, paper fans and mini waters available to help keep everyone comfortable, but they’ll be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please plan accordingly for sunny or warm weather. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors - you will be notified prior to the day of.

Question

How will the bar work?

Answer

The bar will be located in the sanctuary to provide a more family-friendly reception space in the lower-level. While the lower level won’t be completely dry, alcohol will only be served upstairs. The bar will offer beer, wine, and our signature bride and groom cocktails. Please note: - Alcohol must be served by our licensed bartender, so no BYOB. - As the venue does not have a liquor license, shots will not be available.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we’ve created an online registry through Zola. The majority of our gifts are linked to an amazon registry found through our Zola page. If you wish to give a monetary gift, feel free to contribute to one of our funds to know exactly what you are helping us achieve. Your presence is truly the greatest gift, but we will have a card box and gift table available for those who wish to contribute the day of.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our catering will feature a buffet provided by the College Inn! Dishes will include: Sausage & Peppers, Fettuccini Alfredo, Parsley Redskin Potatoes, Cheesy Hashbrowns, a house salad and rolls. While we are doing our best to accommodate dietary needs with our array, if you’re concerned about allergens or prefer something different, you’re welcome to bring your own food. Please let us know in advance if this applies to you so we can help make our caterer aware of your separate arrangements.

Question

I'm only invited to the reception. Should I still come to cocktail hour?

Answer

If you are able to please do! We will have a charcuterie table array for snacking during socializing. Find your seat, mingle with other guests, and enjoy a drink before dinner. Bar opens at 4:30pm.
