When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 1st, so we can have an accurate headcount.

Where will the ceremony take place?
Answer
The ceremony will be a private, separate event. Only immediate family members will be in attendance.

Can I bring a date?

Yes! You may bring a plus one adult.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We ask that our wedding reception be limited strictly to adults. We will have open and free flowing liquor along with open flames for cooking on the grounds. We want to keep this celebration as safe as possible. Thank you for understanding :)

How will food and drinks be served?
Answer
We will have a good ol' southern crawfish boil to get us started and a small bites buffet table for self-serve throughout the night. There will be plenty of non-alcoholic beverages and water for drinks.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please select your dietary restriction during RSVP and there will be food options to accommodate you at the celebration.

How will alcohol be served?
Answer
Miller Light and wine will be provided, free of charge. We ask all guests to bring a bottle of your favorite liquor that we will add to an open bar. There will be a bartender in attendance to serve your drinks. Mixers will be provided on site.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our reception will be both inside and outside. There will be placemats on the ground outside to accommodate for dancing.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The weather in Austin during April is often unpredictable. Plan for warmer days (mid 70s - 80s) and cool evenings (50s - 60s). Be prepared for some light rain showers also.

What should I wear?

Casual Festive. Think cocktail party meets spring time. We want colors and sparkles! :)

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Answer
Calling all ladies! There will be a shoe drop off area to keep your heels stored if you would like to show up in heels and change into flats during the night.

Will there be a coat valet?
Answer
There will be a private area inside of the hall where you will be able to store your bags, coats, and shoes!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras?
Answer
You may take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We will also have a Snapchat filter that can be used on snaps!

Will I get a chance to take professional photos with the couple?
Answer
Yes! We will have a professional photographer on site during the ceremony (for those in attendance) and the reception.

Should I bring a gift?
Answer
No, please do not bring any gifts to the reception. If you would like to buy a gift, please do so from our registry or add to our honeymoon fund. For any other gifts or questions, please contact Bethany.
