FAQ

The Wedding Website of Beth Robinson and Ollie Gramlick
Question

Q: Will food be served at the Welcome Drinks on Friday?

Answer

A: Yes, hors d’oeuvres will be served, but we recommend eating beforehand.

Question

Q: What does Casual Cocktail mean?

Answer

A: Casual cocktail attire for our welcome night means smart yet relaxed looks such as dresses, skirts, chinos, or button-down shirts, and we kindly ask that guests avoid jeans and sneakers.

Question

Q: What does summer formal mean?

Answer

A: On our wedding day, we recommend lightweight suits or blazers rather than tuxedos for gentlemen, and elegant dresses or separates for women. Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the property is located on a grassy hill. While daytime temperatures are expected to be warm, evenings may be cooler, so a light shawl or jacket is suggested.

Question

Q: Can I park at the Robinson property on the wedding day?

Answer

A: Parking is not available at Liz and Matthew’s property so we encourage guests to use our complimentary shuttles running to/from Morristown and Summit or to arrange a private taxi.

Question

Q: Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

A: No, a car is not needed for our wedding events. However, we recommend renting a car if you’d like to explore the area in the days before or after the wedding.

Question

Q: What are some things to do in the area?

Answer

A: The bagels, pizza, and diners are incredible in New Jersey. If you need specific recommendations based on where you're staying, do let us know! If you’ll have a car, we highly recommend exploring the nature walks in the Great Swamp or the trails at Jockey Hollow. We recommend the Short Hills Mall for anyone inclined to do some shopping!

Question

Q: Are children invited?

Answer

A: Children are welcome to join the drinks on Friday. Thank you for understanding that our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only.

Question

Q: Do you have a registry?

Answer

A: We’re so grateful to celebrate with you and truly feel we already have everything we need. If you’re inclined to give a gift, we would be honoured if you considered making a donation to Alzheimer’s Society (www.alzheimers.org.uk/get-involved/donate) or Cancer Research UK (www.cancerresearchuk.org/get-involved/donate) instead. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
