After a long day of work, I went to a local bar, Reservoir bar, that I had frequented for many years. My plan was to have a drink or 2, play a game of pool, and go home. And as planned, I was standing at the bar to close out, when I look to my right and see this man who I had never seen before. Nervous and trying to come up with a way to create a conversation I could only mutter out three simple works "Are you okay?" little did I know those three words were going to change our entire life. For the next three hours, we were in our own world. Talking, laughing, and getting to know each other. Nick had gone to reservoir to meet with his friend Phil. We were so enamored with each other, neither one of us even noticed Phil standing next to us for almost an entire hour. We went on our first date the very next day and the rest is history.
