Nick Stockman is the reason we will be gathering together on May 22nd. You see, Michael became Nick's first love in college. Their friendship only grew from there and it was in college when Nick invited Michael to a vacation in Florida where Bethany remembers meeting Michael. Gabby and Bethany have been friends since they were in early elementary. They have had many sleepovers, birthdays, and family events together. They have a shared love of the arts with Gabby being an exceptional violinist and Bethany's love of dance. She is the reason we will have lovely music at our ceremony!
Michael Shaw

Michael Shaw (or simply Shaw as he is known by the group) has many titles: Human Resource Manager, Pickleball Professional, and Chief Financial Officer of the United States of America to name a few. He and Michael became friends when Shaw moved to Kentucky in 2018. The avid feminist (six foot tall and single by the way) is honored to stand next to Michael on his big day.

Drew and Bethany became friends in high school when they both joined a new youth group their senior year. They stayed friends through college and are excited to have the shared experience of being in each other's weddings.

Katie and Bethany also met while working at the same camp as Sam and Sara. They don't actually remember meeting, it just feels like they've been close friends for years. Katie gets credit for encouraging Bethany to go on her first date with Michael. In her very little free time Katie uses her athletic training degree to diagnose all of Bethany's dance injuries.
Chris Stockman

Chris is Bethany's literal day one as her twin brother. He is older than her by one minute, which is why he is 6'3" and she is not. The stories and memories are endless, and we couldn't imagine celebrating our special day without him standing with us!
Haylee Nolan

Haylee is an awesome addition to our "Florida Crew" and Bethany is so excited she started dating Josh because that meant she would be less outnumbered by the guys. She is the sweetest friend and we can't wait to have her celebrate with us!
Joshua Ackerson

Josh is an OG. He and Michael have been friends since they were kids and have years of fun times. Josh was one of the original Florida crew members and is only one inch taller than Michael.

Paige is Bethany's dance teacher BFF. They started talking on their breaks together which led Bethany to inviting Paige to play ultimate frisbee and game nights on the weekends.
Joel Bosse

Joel and Michael have been playing basketball and ultimate frisbee for years now. Joel is our hype man and may lead wedding guests in 5 big booms at the reception.
Sara Firle

Sara also worked with Bethany over the Summers and they have lots of fun memories of working with campers and hanging out on the weekend. Sara is hilarious and the reason there will be Ale8 at the reception.
Alex Stockman

Bethany's (and now Michael's) youngest brother. Michael and Alex could spend a whole weekend playing The Show and any backyard sport.
