Maid of Honor
What a lucky bride, to have my sister and my best friend as my maid of honor.
Bridesmaid
We started as roommates our first year of medical school in West Virginia and became best friends that have supported one another on our journeys over the past 10+ years since. I am honored to have her take part in my wedding journey.
Bridesmaid
Pris and I met first as roommates during our sophomore/junior year of college at University of Tampa and immediately formed a very close bond. I have so many fond and amazing memories of our visits together since college including outings in D.C. and Chicago. She has been with me through many ups and downs and is a true lifetime friend.
Bridesmaid
Ellie and I met during our first year of medical school in West Virginia and have remained close friends since, despite the distance. She remains one of the most kind and caring people I know.
Bridesmaid
I met Jil during medical school in West Virginia. I had the pleasure of having her and her husband Derek close by during my residency experience in Ohio as well. They became like family to me while I was far from home. I had the pleasure of being Jil's bridesmaid in her wedding and now she is repaying the favor :) I am honored to have her stand by my side.
Best Man
Kevin and I met in Melbourne, Australia during a study abroad trip where we pretended to care about fluid dynamics and transportation engineering. Since then, we've remained close friends; including a few years as roommates in Baltimore. I was honored to officiate his wedding to his wonderful wife, Lacy, and I am honored to have him serve as my Best Man.
Groomsman
Despite a 17-year age difference, Steve is a great brother and a great friend. Although he lives out in Ohio where I was born, we make the best of the opportunities we have to spend time together. Playing wiffle-ball as a little kid with him and his friends, trips to Chicago for Lollapalooza, and contentious board games when we're together for the holidays are just a few great memories, and I'm very happy to have him by my side for my wedding!
Groomsman
When I was an incoming freshman at the University of Delaware, I was notified that because of higher than expected enrollment, I'd have two roommates instead of one, crammed into one small dorm room. One of them turned out to be an awful roommate, but as luck would have it, Jim was the other roommate, and 14 years later he is still one of my closest friends.
Groomsman
Another great friend since college, Brad lived down the hall from me freshman year. We became fast friends from the very first night, and would go on to live together in the same apartment for the rest of college. A few years later, we found our way back to being roommates for a few more years in Canton, Baltimore. Countless good times together over the years have made Brad a treasured friend for life.
Groomsman
Yet again, Matt and I met at the University of Delaware, within the first week of freshman year. A mutual friend introduced us, and we quickly bonded over shared love of music, video games, and absurdist humor. We would go on to be roommates the rest of our years in Delaware, and have remained close friends ever since. I was lucky to stand beside him at his wedding, and I am lucky to have him as a groomsmen for my own.
Honorary Bridesmaid
We are honored to have Matt's niece taking part in our special day!
Honorary Groomsman
We are equally honored to have Matt's nephew, Josh, serve as an honorary groomsman!
