Friend of the Groom. EJ and Lamar became friends during their freshman year at High Point University. EJ is an assistant branch manager at Regions Bank in FL. EJ and Lamar credit each other for playing an instrumental role in the development of their relationships with Christ. They were baptized on the same day in 2012. EJ resides in Wesley Chapel, FL with his wife, Meredith, and their three children.

Sister of the bride. Jayna is a dental assistant in Maryville, IL. She and her sisters have always bonded over the love of softball, the Cardinals, and Jayna and Bethany share a special love of Harry Potter! Some of her favorite memories with her sister are traveling to the Women’s College World Series together, visiting Harry Potter World, and being there to see Bethany and Lamar get engaged!

Brother of the Groom. Jerome is a Recruiter for the US Army in Lawton, OK where he lives with his wife, Blanca and their two children. Jerome has always been one of Lamar's biggest supporters throughout his life. He was the biggest reason Lamar was able to finance his college education and Jerome has always supported each football program Lamar has coached in. He strives to make his future sister-in-law feel loved as any other member of the family. Jerome and Lamar enjoyed sports growing up and continues to bond over sports as adults.

Friend of the Bride. Kelly is a Physical Therapist in Loda, IL where she lives with her husband Andrew and son Conner. Bethany and Kelly met at Olivet Nazarene University during their freshman year, were roommates and attended Physical Therapy School together. They bonded over their love of softball, hundreds of car pool rides, and studying their butts off in PT school.
Garrett Orr

Friend of the Groom. Garrett is a youth development counselor for the state of PA and an assistant football coach at Bloomsburg High in PA. Garrett and Lamar were roommates during their Graduate Assistant days at Greenville University. Garrett resides in Bloomsburg, PA with his wife, Kerry. Garrett has had one of the biggest influences on Lamar's growth, especially in the realm of dating. Both have a passion of impacting lives through coaching football.

Kara is a PE teacher and athletic director in Casa Grand, AZ where’s she lives with her husband Jalen. Roommate of the bride, Kara and Bethany spent many a Friday night ordering pizza with every topping, watching movies and making fun of the show Ghost Adventures.

Friend of the Groom. Alex is a basketball coach at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Alex and Lamar met in 2013 working a basketball camp at Greenville University. Alex has been one of Lamar's most intentional friends when it comes to spiritual accountability.
Jodi Sones

Friend of the Bride and Groom. Jodi is the Middle School Director at Metro Community Church. Her living room is the place Lamar and Bethany met for the first time. Lamar counts Jodi as his unofficial sister and they bond over Dewey’s, deep chats and their hearts for young people. Jodi and Bethany bond over their love of good movies and TV and British things.

Friend of the Groom. Nelson is the CEO & co-founder of Men of Valor Logistics & Hauling moving company. Nelson and Lamar roots go back to sixth grade. Nelson and Lamar have been best friends since that time. They were blessed with the opportunity to attend middle school, high school, and college together. Nelson has been an amazing encourager for Lamar throughout the length of their friendship. Nelson resides in Killeen, TX with his wife Taundra, and their three children.
