The Wedding Website of Bethany Alexander and Justin Watznauer
Here are some of our favorite places to visit near the wedding venue. We’ve personally been to and enjoyed each of these spots!

Coralville mall has a Target, food court, and various shopping stores. This is a perfect stop if you want to grab a quick snack, groceries, or need to get some last minute wedding wear.

Amana Colonies

622 46th Avenue, Amana, IA 52203

The Amana Colonies are a charming getaway just a short drive away, offering historic villages, local shops, and delicious German food. Take a stroll through the scenic streets, enjoy a bite to eat, or shop for unique, handmade gifts—it's the perfect way to spend some free time while you're here to celebrate with us!

Iowa City Downtown District

103 East College Street, Iowa City, IA 52240

Downtown Iowa City is a vibrant and lively area, just a short trip from the wedding. With its unique shops, cozy cafes, and diverse restaurants, it’s the perfect place to explore before or after the big day. Whether you’re window shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, or enjoying the local art scene, downtown Iowa City has something for everyone to enjoy! During late May, college students are off on summer-break making lines shorter and faster wait times.

Wilson’s Apple Orchard is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Iowa's countryside. Just a short drive away, it’s the perfect place to pick fresh apples, enjoy homemade treats, or stroll through the orchard. Whether you’re looking for a sweet snack or a scenic view, Wilson’s offers a cozy, charming experience that’s a great way to unwind while you’re in town for the wedding!
