Our Story:
JJ & Bethany met their freshman year of high school as young 14 year olds at Clovis High. He (apparently) had a crush on her, but we remained friends. Bethany transferred schools before junior year which put them out-of-touch for a couple years. They reconnected the summer before they started college where Bethany realized she might have a "small" crush.
Due to the pandemic, JJ returned home from college and begin to volunteer at VIA Church where he was hired months later while Bethany chose to go away to school. Easter 2021 is where they *finally* started to fall for one another.
A few months after, it was made apparent to both of them that this was the person God had made for them. November 2021- 3 months into dating- JJ proposed and the rest is history!
Now here we are 7 years later, soon-to-be husband and wife! We are so thankful for the trials and growth that God led us through to get to this point(:
This was the photo that sparked a "church-wide" speculation following by multiple people saying they "called it".
