Bethany’s point of view: Jake and I first met in August 2019 at Watershed through mutual friends. At the time, I honestly didn’t think much of it, but I remember thinking he was really easy to talk to and fun to be around. A couple months later, in true modern-day fashion, Jacob slid into my DMs asking for my Snapchat. Somehow that simple message turned into us talking every single day. Not long after, we hung out for the first time at my house in Buckley. Conversation came naturally from the start, and I remember leaving that night thinking there was just something different about him. Funny enough, he sat almost an entire couch cushion away from me the whole night because he was trying to be respectful. Looking back now, it’s one of my favorite memories from the beginning of us. The next day he asked if I wanted to hang out again, and from that point on we were pretty inseparable. In December 2019, Jacob officially asked me to be his girlfriend and the rest is history. From a random night at Watershed to forever… here we are. ❤️ Jacobs story: Flashback to 2011, we rode in the same car together up to Crystal mountain to shred. She doesn't remember, but I vividly remember picking up this pretty blonde girl from her house as I'm in the back of the car. Flash forward to 2019 and I was praying very specifically to meet a pretty blonde girl with many similarities to me that also happened to own a business so she could understand how I operate. I then reconnected with Bethany at Watershed in 2019 as we were camping together with our friends. A few months after that we started hanging out and I instantly knew that my prayers were answered because every specific detail down to the smallest one I prayed for she had. We had more similarities than I could imagine. The rest is history. Bang!!
