If you are flying from a major international airport (DCA, PHL, BWI, etc) please WAIT to book flights as not all airlines have released their CUN direct flights. If you are flying from SBY, the sooner the better. Spirit and Frontier are typically the cheapest (even with purchasing bags) and have direct flights from most major airports - these the most cost efficient options. No, transportation is not included. Our travel advisors have provided the option to purchase trusted transportation through the booking website. Uber is available in the area but limited. Cheapest option would be to book a van together - feel free to reach out to Bethany to help pair you with other members of our wedding.
The option is there to get a room completely by yourself at the rate of $379/night. If you have 2 people in a room it is $252 per person, per night. If you want to be paired with someone, reach out to Bethany and I can send you the guest list OR you can feel free to bring a plus one!
Yes, all of the rates you see on the booking website are showing the price for 3 nights. We personally recommend 4-5 nights, you are welcome to stay more time or less time. Welcome party is on Saturday, December 12th and the actual wedding ceremony on Monday, December 14th. Feel free to stay as long as you want and make this your own vacation!

This is an all inclusive resort, so all of your food and beverages are included. Yes, this includes over 30+ bars, restaurants, and cafes on the property (excluding the cabaret show that is an extra cost but NOT required). All top shelf drinks, sit down restaurants, coffee shops, and room service is included. This resort also has plenty of included activities and shows. Some highlights are the sushi-making class and paddle boarding in the lagoon! There are nightly shows and even a 24/7 sports bar! Boat rides and golf carts are included to shuttle you around the property, although we found it perfectly walkable! You will not spend any money besides if you choose to do an excursion or the cabaret show. We like to bring tip money (we usually bring USD). Pro Tip: Always tip housekeeping on the first night & take care of your bartenders and servers!
Yes. By August 10th a $300 deposit is due per room, you are welcome to put down a deposit starting today if you want to reserve your room! By August 15th, the next payment of 1 night of the total stay is due. By October 1st the remainder of the balance is due. Our booking agent will send out reminders! If you need anything at all or have any questions, they will get back to you as soon as possible.
Once you book your flight, post your flight information in the google doc. Don't book your transportation until you can fill 7-8 people together to make it the most cost efficient. The cheapest options is 138 round trip for 7 people (less than 25$/per person round trip). If you want completely private then by all means book it! Uber is also an easy option that is affordable and we have used it many times at CUN.
YES, as TRS Coral guests we have access to the entire property that is behind the gates! Costa Mujeres is a private area just north of Cancun with gorgeous beaches. It is more secluded than typical Cancun, so we are going to be on a large and VERY SAFE gated property.
For those of you staying at TRS Coral, we will have butler service and be able to make dinner reservations when you check in with your butler. You can text them! They will have an app you can download when you are there to find out all activities and happenings! The night of the wedding, we are having a plated dinner for everyone (12/14).

Yes! We want this to feel like a vacation for you! You can fill your room anyway that you like. Keep in mind TRS Coral is adults only, but literally next door (within the same compound) is Grand Palladium that is family friendly. Some restaurants, bars, venues, and pools are shared. We do recommend that you do Grand Palladium - Select level as it gives the adults access to the better restaurants at TRS Coral. The regular Grand Palladium is a little more limited and doesn't allow access to many areas. Cancun airport is a very busy and modern airport with traditional chain restaurants (margaritaville, guy fieri's, bubba gump, Johnny rocket's and more)! We always recommend the lounges (they have several), you can buy a day pass to them for food and drinks or check if your credit card has lounge acces! It is a very safe airport, with some of the most tourists visiting daily in the entire world! You will land, go through customers (PRO TIP: when you enter customs go to the left and through the digital scanners to avoid long lines, very easy - you scan your passport and walk through the clear doors, with no human interaction). You then will wait for any checked bags (does tend to take 30 minutes or more depending how fast you get through customs). After this you will go through the "shark tank" (as pro travelers call it). These are timeshare salespeople, just ignore and walk out of the doors to the waiting area outside. When we work out transportation they will send you specific, easy instructions on how to find your ride!

Staying on the TRS Coral side of this resort, you get access to everything on property. You will get access to ALL restaurants and bars (including everything at Grand Palladium). Top shelf liquor, sit down restaurants, fast casual (coffee shops, ice cream shops, poolside/beachside food etc), buffets (we recommend taking advantage of the sit down restaurants as much as possible), and room service. Entertainment! Lots of great options: sushi making classes, poolside entertainment, live music, shows, paddle boarding, etc. Boat shuttles and golf cart shuttles to take you everywhere. Everyone will get a virtual butler (you can text them for dinner reservations, if you need more pillows, literally anything).
