4:00PM-- Cocktail Hour During cocktail hour, we’ll be serving drinks alongside a beautifully prepared charcuterie display while you mix, mingle, and celebrate. 5:00 PM – Reception Begins Guests will be seated as the wedding party makes their grand entrance, followed by a brief welcome toast. 6:00 PM – Dinner Service A BBQ dinner will be served as the sun begins to set. Dinner will be accompanied by drinks and a variety of dessert options, including wedding cake. 7:00PM- Celebration! Dancing, games and more. 9:30–10:00 PM – Grand Exit The evening will conclude with a festive send-off.
