Question

Where is the venue and how do I get to it?

Answer

Parking and wayfinding instructions can be found in the "Getting to the Wedding" section of this site. The Emerald Forest is located on private property about a 10-15 minute walk into the forest...seriously. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm, so you should arrive and begin walking no later than 2:45pm. Family should arrive by 2pm for family photos to begin at 2:15pm.

Can I bring a gift or card to the ceremony?

Thank you so much for wanting to give us something! Because everything must be walked in and out of the forest, we'd prefer any gifts or cards be given at the Welcome Party or Family Dinner so that we do not have to worry about them.

Where should we stay?

Answer

Seattle has many wonderful AirBnbs you can stay in if you'd like a more walkable neighborhood experience. We'd recommend somewhere central like Greenlake, Wallingford, or Fremont! If you are looking for a more touristy experience, there are many hotels in the downtown area.
