When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 24th. We’ll be finalizing all the details right after, so if we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll have to assume you can’t make it (and we’ll be so sad to miss you!).

All of the evening’s festivities—ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing—will take place at The Art Room in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. No need to worry about traveling between venues; once you arrive, you’re set for the night!

Semi-formal / cocktail attire. The vibe is effortless and elegant with a touch of moody—think downtown chic. Dress to impress, but also choose something you’ll feel comfortable dancing and moving in!

What time should we arrive?

Doors open at 4:30 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving a little early to grab a seat, get settled, and soak in the atmosphere before the celebration begins!

Strip District Terminal Lot (2100 Smallman Street) 21st & Smallman Lot (2121 Smallman Street) Street parking is available in the surrounding area, though availability may vary.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Your kiddos are absolutely welcome. We’ll have a kid-friendly buffet and some activities set up in the basement lounge to help keep them entertained (though you’re welcome to bring a few favorite toys or activities from home, too). That said, if Mom and Dad are ready for a night out, that’s perfectly fine as well—leave the kids with Grandma or a sitter and come enjoy the evening!

Can I bring a plus one?

We love meeting new people, but due to space and planning, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invite included a plus one, then yes, please bring them along! Otherwise, we can’t wait to celebrate with just you. 💛

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Answer
Nope! We haven’t reserved any hotel blocks. You’re free to book accommodations wherever works best for you. Pittsburgh has lots of great options nearby, from boutique hotels in the Strip District to larger chains downtown—so you can find the perfect spot to fit your style (and budget).
