By when should I RSVP?

Is there a dress code?

We'd love for our guests to wear formal attire! Men are encouraged to wear a suit, tie optional. Ladies can opt for a floor length gown or formal cocktail dress. Can't wait for everyone to look their best!

Do you have a hotel recommendation?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel. The discounted rate can be found using the link on the Travel page. Please book by December 15th to receive the discounted rate.

Are kids welcome?

No, this is an adults only event. Charlotte is our special exception!

Are there any other events that I should know about?

There will be a Welcome Party on Friday night. Details can be found on the Schedule page.

Will this event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

When should I book travel?

Answer

We recommend booking travel and accommodations far in advance. Miami is hosting the College Football National Championship Game on Monday, January 19th.

Is there parking available?

Answer

A reduced valet parking rate is available for non-overnight guests at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please provide any dietary restrictions in the comments of the RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.
