Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are embracing business casual to business formal dress attire for the event, use the day as an excuse to get dolled up! This said, we want everyone to have fun and be comfortable, please take into consideration the weather (though the building will be heated). No jeans, please.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes and no later than 15 minutes before the beginning of the ceremony. Account for weather as the snow may increase the drive time to the venue.

Can I bring a date (plus one)?

Answer

As we are working on a limited budget we will not be offering plus ones to every guest. Those who have been given plus ones will be indicated on their invitation. Please only bring a plus one if they are a significant other, not a friend, and provide their name when you RSVP.

Are children allowed at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We will be having a child-friendly ceremony and reception! The inclusion of your children will be indicated on your invitation. If you do not wish to bring them and use the night as a date night feel free, just indicate this decision on the RSVP page.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

We have a hotel room block at Fairfield Inn and Suites, please call them at (715)241-8400 as soon as possible as rooms are limited.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Parking will be available at the hotel as well as the venue. There will also be a shuttle going between the hotel and venue from 3:30 until the end of the reception for those who do not wish to drive from the venue after the event.

When should we RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible if you have not already. We ask that everyone who plans to attend RSVP by December 22, 2021 at the latest.

Will transportation be provided between the venue and the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle available to take guests between the hotel and the venue beginning during the cocktail hour and continuing through the end of the reception.

Should I bring money for drinks?

Answer

We have decided to provide an open bar for the reception. Though we have purchased all alcohol/mixers in advance thus there will only be a few drink options to choose from such as several signature cocktails and four varieties of beer on tap.
