Where is the wedding?
Answer
We would love for you to join us in Costa Mujeres, Mexico at an all inclusive resort. The resort is the Grand Palladium. We have room block reserved for the wedding. Please only book with the link provided by our travel agent under the travel tab.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We would love for your children to attend. The resort has a family friendly side with lots of kid activities. Children under the age for two are free at the resort.

What can kids to do at the resort?
Answer
There is a mini club, aimed at children ages 4-12, is a spacious two-level building with a play room, movie area, kitchen, playground with swings and a trampoline, a gaming area with air hockey and foosball, and more.

Is there transportation to and from the resort?
Answer
Yes transportation is included when you book with the room block. Nina Nguyen, the travel agent, will arrange this for you. Once you book your flight, please send her your information and she will send you the information on how to arrive at the resort.

How far is the resort from the airport?
Answer
The resort is about 45min-1 hr from the airport.

Can I make payments on my resort reservation?
Answer
Yes! To reserve your room, there will be a non-refundable $100 deposit. After that you can make payments on your reservation. Deposits are due by November 19, 2024. Final payments are due by March 10th, 2025.

What part of the resort will Keegan and Bethany be on?
Answer
We will be staying on the coral-adult only side for six nights. We will arrive at the resort on Tuesday, June 17 and leave Monday morning, June 23.

What is there to do at the resort?

Beach activities: Snorkeling, kayaking, and non-motorized water sports Sports: Tennis instruction at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre, plus soccer, padel, pool volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball, and water polo Entertainment: Salsa and merengue lessons, yoga, pilates, water aerobics, aqua spin, cooking, juice-making, mixology, DJs, live bands, theater performances, and live music Other activities: Archery, darts, ping pong, bracelet making, board games, tequila tastings, and silent parties Spa: Zentropia Spa & Wellness center with massage therapists Dining: Restaurants, coffee shop, and 24-hour sports bar

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at 3:50. Thank you

When should I arrive at the resort?
Answer
Per the travel agent, arriving the Tuesday before the wedding is best due to the possibly of flight delays; however, we are just happy you are attending! So arrive whenever works best for you!

What side of the resort will the wedding be on?
Answer
The wedding will be on the regular grand palladium side of the resort so everyone can attend.

Is there transportation throughout the resort?
Answer
Yes, there are water taxi boats and golf carts to take guests wherever they wish to go on the resort.

Can I go to the adults side if I only book the regular grand palladium side?
Answer
No, to enter the adults side you have to book the coral or the family selection. We don’t have any family selection in the room block but the travel agent could arrange it for you if you are interested.

How many sides of the resort are there?
Answer
There are three sections of the resort which are the TRS side (adult only), the Grand Palladium side (family-friendly), and the family selection which allows children but also gives adult guests the ability to access the adults-only portion if their children are not with them. Please reach out to the travel agent if you are unsure which would be best for you.
