Sean and I both reluctantly joined the online dating scene in hopes of finding our true soulmate and we can tell you the dating scene is brutal! I went into my account to close it down when I saw this super cute guy had "winked" at me. I knew I needed to grab his attention so I sent him a message... "I see on your page that you are both a Redskins fan AND a Ravens fan...one must choose". He laughed and wrote back that this was not the first time he had encountered a Ravens fan who teased him (maybe in less appropriate terms) and before I knew it we were chatting up a storm, exchanged numbers and he asked me out before he even knew my name! We planned a formal date but a couple days before Sean suggested we just meet up for coffee and "get it out of the way!" lol He drove up all the way from Baltimore to York, PA to have coffee with me at Dunkin Donuts on my lunch break...I was in my work clothes with nerdy glasses on and he was wearing his superman tank top with flip flops. At this point in our lives, we decided that what you see is what you get!! :) Both of us had long stories as to how we ended up where we are but ultimately we embraced each others' situation and our love for each other grew. We blended our families and it has been a true joy getting to know Noah & Zoey. Alex loves his Dada Sean- especially their boy trips to Burger King :) We moved in together and the rest is history... two people who had sworn off love and marriage found true happiness. :)
