Embassy Suites by Hilton Greensboro Airport

We have a block of rooms here under the Flaherty-Beeson Wedding for Thursday, November 25-Sunday, November 28, 2021. The code is FBW, and the rate is $119/night and includes a complimentary hot breakfast and weekend evening reception with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. They also have a complimentary shuttle to and from the Greensboro Airport. Rooms must be reserved by October 24, 2021 to qualify for this rate, and they are first come-first serve. If the block fills up, we will try to add additional rooms, but there is not an availability guarantee.

Shuttle

Transportation to and from Reception

November 26, 2021 2:30 pm - 9:00 pm

A shuttle will be running back and forth from Embassy Suites to the Event Venue prior to the Ceremony at 2:30PM and 3:15PM. It will then take guests back to the hotel starting at 8:00pm with the last shuttle leaving at 9PM. PLEASE feel free to take advantage of this whether or not you will be staying at the hotel for the weekend.

Flight

Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO)

This airport is just up the road from the hotel! If you find flights to either RDU or CLT instead, they aren't too far away (RDU is about an hour away and not far from Bethann's Parent's Home, and CLT is about an hour and a half away).
