We’re excited to provide a trolley service for our guests! Feel free to park wherever you like, but the most convenient option is the Embassy Suites Garage. The trolley will pick you up right in front of the Indiana Roof Ballroom (look for the sign that says Indiana Repertory Theater; the address is on our website). Trolley service will run from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM, transporting you from the Ballroom to Lucas Oil, with the ceremony beginning at 5:30 PM. After the ceremony, the trolley will also return you to the Ballroom! If you prefer to drive, you can park at Lucas Oil using entrance 6 for a fee of $10, or enjoy the complimentary trolley service!

Yes! We finally added our room block with Embassy Suites. This hotel is connected to the Ballroom and you can book through the website or call. The information is listed under the RSVP and Hotel tab ;)

Dress up a little! Business to cocktail type dress. We recommend bringing in your jacket or sweater for the ceremony! Although the field will keep us safe from the elements, it may still be a bit chilly! There is a coat check at the Indiana Roof Ballroom
Yes! Jesse and I love kids and nothing quite gets Beth to smiling and laughing like little ones.
Please arrive early as we plan to start the ceremony right on time and would like all our guests seated!

We absolutely want your candid photos! (we will even have a QR code where you can share them with us!) We just ask to please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
For out of state guests, December in Indiana is unpredictable, but it is rarely above 50's and most of the time in the 30s!
Everything is inside...its December and Beth doesn't like the cold lol! Although Lucas Oil is covered, it could still be chilly, so don't forget a jacket or sweater!
We will be wrapping up the night no later than 11pm
There will be a cocktail hour at the Indiana Roof Ballroom with horderves and drinks!
How will food and drinks be served? There will be a plated dinner with salad, steak & salmon (yes, you get both!), veggies and a potatoes! There will also be a variety of drinks available. Of course there's cake, but there's also a favorite of Beth's, an ice cream bar!

Yes! Absolutely! Beth loves to dance and has been prepping Jesse all year for this! So come ready to groove, sashay, waltz, or high-school prom it throughout the night!
