Beth and Victoria's relationship began with the start of a new job at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. After they had previously worked in different positions at the zoo, both began on a new adventure with fresh positions on the education team in February of 2022. The two were sat next to each other and were quick to notice how much they admired one another. Victoria impressed (and intimidated) Beth with how smart she was and how easily she was able to accomplish anything set in front of her. In the meantime, Beth always new what to say to make Victoria laugh, and wow did she love to see her smile. The friendship between the girls developed quickly, but it was not long before their connection started to grow. As Beth and Victoria spent more time getting to know each other, it became clear that their connection went beyond just friendship. The two began dating in April 2022 and made it official not long after that. Since then, not only have they fallen head over heals, but they have learned more about themselves through their love for one another. In a relationship, it is always important to see partners bring the best out in one another and challenge each other to be the best version of themselves. Both of the girls decided to go back to school to receive their Master's degrees and teaching credentials, a journey that was made easier with the support of one another. While in school, the girls prioritized traveling together. They loved experiencing new things that deepened their connection and made life more enjoyable than they could ever imagine. With their hearts full of love and their future looking bright, Beth and Victoria began to talk about next steps in their story. Both of them knew they wanted make a commitment to their ever-growing love. So in January of 2025, Beth and Victoria became engaged in Disney's Animal Kingdom in Orlando, Florida! With the wedding date set at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo, California (a very special place to both brides), Beth and Victoria are elated to be able to celebrate their incredible love with their friends and family!
