Where do I book my room?

Head over to the Travel page on our website! You can find the link to book as part of our room block there.

Question

What do I do if the room type I want isn't available on the booking page?

Answer

If you see a room type on the resort website that is not available in our room block, don't worry! Our travel specialist Becki can reach out to the resort to add the room type you'd like to our block at our group rate. You can reach Becki at 570-563-2872 or btoth@destinationweddings.com.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

Answer

Travel insurance is offered through our travel specialist. When you book your room, you will be able to purchase travel insurance as well. There are two options: you can choose to get a travel credit OR you can choose to receive a cash refund in the event you need to cancel your travel.

How do I arrange transfer from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

When you book your room, you'll be able to arrange airport transfer as well. There is a free shuttle that will bring you to our resort, but you may make stops at other resorts. You can also book private/direct transfer if you'd prefer!

What days should I plan to be at the resort?

Answer

The resort has a 4-night minimum. The wedding is on Monday, the 17th so we'd recommend traveling Saturday to Wednesday. If you'd like to stay longer, you are welcome to book additional nights!

Where are you registered?

We're not! Your gift to us is your presence on our big day. Please, no gifts.

What should I wear?

Answer

For the wedding ceremony and reception, the dress code is "beachy semi-formal". Dress for what it is - a fancy beach party! The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors, so plan accordingly. We will be in Mexico in March, so we're betting on having great weather!

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

You do! If you don’t have your passport start the process now! It can take a few months to process.
