Beth met Paul in 2012 when she began working at Panera Bread in Carbondale Illinois where he was already employed. They were fast friends and had many friends in common that they would hang out with together. They enjoyed spending time together and did many fun things together over the next couple years. Then they ended up living in a house together as roommates at one point. Beth loved living with Paul, but not so much with the other people in the household. After they both moved out and lived in several other places Beth moved into a tiny apartment in Carbondale. It was now the end of 2016, Paul's Birthday and Beth was invited to go over to his house for a small party. She then realized after putting it in the GPS that they were neighbors. After that Paul and Beth became inseparable, best friends even. They decided to become roommates again when both of their leases were up and found a place to share, but before they moved they happened to fall in love. It was both slowly and all at once. May 23rd 2017 they shared their first kiss and in August they moved in together. They've rarely been apart since. In June 2019 Paul proposed to Beth under the boardwalk on the beach in the ocean waves and they have been eagerly awaiting the day they get to say I do!
