July 17, 2015, our first date, seeing a James Bond movie. Patrick thought of every detail. He dressed in a tux and even had plastic martini glasses that we could carry on the street in suave James Bond style. I wore a wig since I only had a few minutes to change after work. The staff at the theater were so thrilled that we dressed up that they gave us free popcorn and hoped we were starting a trend. Martha at the bar later slapped Patrick because she didn't recognize me in a wig and thought he was stepping out with a red head.

Patrick surprised me with a trip to Paris, France. August 9, 2022 while we strolled along the River Seine until we found the perfect brunch spot. On a park bench across the river from Notre Dame, Patrick surprised me with a ring. Also, the Eiffel tower was beautiful.

Our adventures continue.
