Beth and Natasha first met when Natasha was hired as a technician at the animal hospital Beth manages. They had an immediate connection, but neither realized at the time that they were meeting the love of their lives. As they worked together, they became dear friends who could place their trust in each other and relax enough to be themselves when they were together. Romantic feelings bloomed, but the timing and circumstances were never quite right. Though they drifted apart over the years, they never stopped caring for each other. When they were reunited, the feelings came rushing back and it was finally their time. They took it slow - building an unshakable relationship through shared interests, sweet acts of patience and consideration, mutual respect, support, and of course the approval of their fur-babies. Together they are able to face all the storms life can throw at them and they can't imagine a future without each other. Natasha is the lighthouse calling Beth home.
