Question
Will children be allowed to attend?
Answer
Due to the venue’s capacity, we are only able to accommodate children of family members. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Question
Will it be an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
Yes. We ask our loved ones to please have their cell phones on silent or do not disturb for the duration of our ceremony. We also ask for our guests to please refrain from taking pictures on their phone during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present during this time until the ceremony concludes.
Question
Will transportation be provided from the venue to the hotel, should you choose to book a hotel the night of the wedding?
Answer
No although we have reserved hotel blocks at both the Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn within close proximity to the venue for your convenience. If interested in booking a hotel room either the night before the wedding (October 17th, 2025) or night of the wedding (October 18th, 2025), please see the hotel blocks listed under the travel tab for more information.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation due to the venue’s capacity. If you received a plus one, their name was included on your invitation.

Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal. Think one step above Sunday best. For girls, cocktail dresses. For guys, dress slacks and a dress shirt or a suit. Ceremony will be outdoors in the grass. Reception will be indoors at the same location. Our colors are dusty blue and silver. While guests can wear any color they choose, we do ask to please refrain from wearing white, off white, ivory, cream, beige or anything in the white family.

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes. When you pull into the venue, you can turn right or left. Turn left and drive straight until you see the parking lot.
