The Ceremony
4:45 pm - 6:00 pm

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive by 4:45pm latest, to be at the ceremony clearing by 5:00pm (as it is a 10min meander through the forest). Everyone to be seated by 5:10pm for ceremony start at 5:15pm DIRECTIONS: Head up Glen Road and look for the blue sign that says: "Rotary Youths Camp - Gordon's Camp - Gate 1 (opposite 100 Glen Road). Turn right onto the gravel road to Gate 1 and follow our gold ribbons and signs. DRINKS: A welcome drink will be served to everyone before the ceremony.

ARRIVAL TIME: Guest will all leave together at 6:00pm to head to St. James directly after the ceremony. DIRECTIONS: Park either on the Main Road near Capri Road, or by the parking lot next to the tennis courts (opposite St. James Catholic Church). Then walk up Capri Road and follow our golden ribbons and signs. FOOD & DRINKS: A limited amount of beer and wine will be provided, so please bring your own top up to keep you going through the night. Dinner will be served as we arrive, so please do not bring any food extras.
