Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! As we prepare for the wedding, we kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend by using the RSVP section above and responding that you cannot attend. We understand that unexpected events happen, but by letting us know in advance we are able to make necessary adjustments to our plans! On the other hand, if you are able to attend please RSVP by October 11th so that we can provide our vendors with an accurate headcount and ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience! Thank you for your understanding and prompt response. We cannot wait to see you on our big day!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony time which is 4:30 pm. This ensures that the ceremony can start on time and take place while there is still daylight. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat! If you arrive after the ceremony has already started we cannot guarantee a seat and you may have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or flip-flops!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family! Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing their kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this can be a much deserved night off for the parents!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, our venue has a parking lot with a parking attendant provided on site to assist!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be held indoors, while the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, weather dependent. We are hoping for beautiful weather, but if conditions do not permit an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour, we will move to the provided indoor space for everyone's safety and comfort.

For all the days along the way
