When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 7th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so we ask that guests arrive by 4:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a limited amount of parking on-site. We highly encourage carpooling/rideshare. Please note in your RSVP if you'd like to use the provided shuttle service from the hotel!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service to and from the Courtyard Harrisonburg hotel. Please note in your RSVP if you wish to use the service!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

On Orchard Drive, Route 881, as you approach the Shenandoah Valley Orchards warehouse, be cautious: Google Maps may prompt you to turn right immediately after the warehouse. Do NOT take this turn onto the gravel driveway. Instead, continue straight on Orchard Drive. Follow Orchard Drive as it takes a natural curve to the left.  Stay on Orchard Drive, maneuvering through two additional prominent curves. As you proceed, be on the lookout for our large road sign. Once spotted, make a right-hand turn onto Honeyville Road.  Come to the stop sign and take another right.  From here, move directly ahead and ascend the incline. You will soon find our tasting room orchard market awaiting you. Convenient parking available on the left side.

Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, and the reception will be inside the greenhouse.
