Our ceremony is taking place on soft grass. We would recommend not wearing stilettos, at least for the ceremony.

Temps in Bilpin in November usually average a high of 26-28 degrees and lows of 12-14 degrees. There will be no cover for the ceremony, but it is taking place late in the afternoon and therefore should not be too hot or too sunny. In the event of rain, there is a wet weather back up and plenty of cover will be provided. There will be air conditioning in the reception area.

There is plenty of parking available

Answer

The venue hosts only one wedding a day and thus all the onsite parking is available for our wedding. There is a dedicated gravel parking area and we are also able to park on the grass if need be.

There will be a wishing well

As we know, things are really tough and taking time out to come to our wedding, especially if you have to travel or stay somewhere to be there, is already such a kindness for us. We do not expect anyone to give any more than that. However, there will be a wishing well if you are inclined or able.

On the RSVP form you will be asked to recommend a song if you wish. When we first met, one of our first deep conversations was about music and over the course of our first months together we spent a lot of time recommending each other songs and listening to music together. We created a playlist of those songs that has been added to throughout our relationship. Instead of having a DJ or a live band for our reception, we have decided to play music from that playlist that we have shared a love of or have meant something to us throughout our relationship. We would love if you would recommend something to us that we can build into a new playlist for our wedding that we can keep and enjoy on the night and throughout our marriage.
