Airport Transportation

Guests may not book airport arrivals online on the website if people are not arriving on the same exact flight number and want to share a van- You must email us to see if this is possible. Promo code is not valid for multi-flight reservations. We recommend booking as soon as you have your flights, to avoid possible Sold Out dates. ***Things to know about booking for Isla Mujeres*** 1- Do not book a flight that lands to the Cancun Airport after 8:15 PM (the last ferry to the island is at 11:00 PM) 2- Do not book a flight that departs the Cancun airport before 10:00 AM. (The first ferry from the island in the morning is 6:00 AM, with a 6:20 AM pick up, you will arrive at the airport by approximately 7:30 AM.) Transportation on the island is not included as private transportation companies are not allowed to operate on Isla Mujeres. If you require a taxi to your hotel on arrival, the taxi stand is to the left of the ferry terminal. Your departure confirmation voucher will be emailed to you and it will tell you what time you must board the ferry leaving Isla Mujeres and what time we will be picking you up at the Gran Puerto Juarez Ultramar Ferry Dock in Cancun.
