FAQs

If you have any other questions, please let us know!
Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We feel so lucky to have such loving, generous friends and family and are thankful to you all for making the trip to San Francisco to celebrate with us. This means the most to us and we kindly say "no gifts please."

Question

Seriously? But what if I want to get you a gift?

Answer

Yes, seriously. This is not a test or a sneaky way of saying we want cash. We already have everything we want and more, including a Vitamix! We will gladly accept some sentimental words, notes, or thoughtful gestures :) But the best gift you could give us is being present and enjoying the moments throughout our wedding weekend.

Question

Is everyone invited to the City Hall ceremony?

Answer

Yes! SF City Hall is not your typical city hall. We look forward to everyone being a part of it.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your families, we have decided to have a kid-free wedding. Please let us know if you need suggestions for childcare. We are happy to help connect you with babysitters in the area.

Question

Any suggestions for what to do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There are a ton of great places near our reception location that would be great for spending an hour or two! Some of our suggestions are: Yerba Buena Gardens Samovar Tea Lounge Union Square Press Club Wine Bar Blue Bottle or Equator Coffee Spin Ping-Pong/Game Hall The Ferry Building Ride a street car down Market Street (this could double as transportation from City Hall to the reception...it'll also take you over to the water and Ferry Building)
