Beth and Christopher met through an amateur match maker! Beth learned about Chris on a Caribbean cruise she took with her sisters, their spouses and some close friends. She quickly approved of Chris and was excited to meet him! Chris had been aware of Beth for some time, but it wasn't until after That fateful cruise Chris and Beth would unite and become inseparable since. When Chris and Beth finally met, at Bon in Johnston, Beth was accompanied by both of her sisters, their husbands and their mutual friends from the cruise. Chris was not at all pressured that half of Beth's family showed up for their first date. As a matter of fact, they put Beth right next to Chris, cutting her off from everyone. They quickly formed a bond that gave them both the feeling they had known each other for years. When the clan finished up dinner, they all decided to continue the night at the Thirsty Beaver. Beth and Chris ended up going back to Chris's home where they talked all night and even watched the sun rise together the next morning. Little did they know that would be the last single Saturday night for both of them! Today, Beth and Chris have have two children, Kyara Kali Santos Van Loon and Corah-Rae Nicole Van Loon and reside in their cozy home in Cranston.
