FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our wedding will start at 2 pm, and we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to find a seat and settle in.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Feel free to add a little flair—we’d love to see your personal style! Please avoid bridal colors (white, ivory, or champagne), and kindly skip solid green dresses, as we want our bridal party to stand out. Just be sure to wear something you’ll be comfortable in for an evening of celebration, dinner, and dancing!

Question

Do I need to RSVP separately for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! If you’re invited to both the ceremony and reception, you’ll need to RSVP for each separately. This will help us keep track of who is attending each part of the day. If you're only invited to the ceremony or the reception, you'll see that noted on your invitation. Please make sure to RSVP according to the events you’re attending!

Question

Where should we send your wedding gift, and is there anything you prefer?

Answer

We kindly ask that any physical gifts be sent to the following address in Saskatchewan (details to follow). However, please wait until August to place any orders, as we don't want to overwhelm our friends' home with packages for an extended period of time. As we are in the process of relocating, we would sincerely appreciate financial gifts or gift cards instead of traditional items. This will help us greatly as we settle into our new home and begin our next chapter together. Thank you so much for your love and support!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are keeping our guest list limited and so plus ones would be indicated on the invitation. Please feel free to message us or the wedding party and inquire though!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the vows. Our photographer will capture everything, and we can’t wait to share the moments with you!
